The exhibition offers all interested parties an expanse of information and seminars concerning topics such as New Build, Renovation, Extensions/Developing. Other themes including home security from the local Police and Real Estate Agency legislation are also part of the schedule.

In addition to the various offers from New build traders there are also a high density of real estate offers from both the private and commercial sectors in Eastern Westphalia.
